What are the traits we are looking for?

Innovation comes from iteration - We look for people that can quickly go from idea to prototype. Artists should be able to do sketches and speed paintings and programmers must be able to rapidly prototype a playable game to quickly try new concepts.
Proof your passion for games Fan projects, Modding, Romhacks, demos, mockups, art and rapid prototyping contests, or any other game related contribution helps us convince that you really want this.
Fast learners - The games industry moves fast, and technology moves even faster. We like to work with people that can quickly grasp new tools and 'get it'.
Creativity, in large quantities, preferably unprocessed and non-pasteurized.
An ironclad work ethic - It takes blood, sweat and tears to create a videogame. We are an entertainment workshop in the business of producing fun. That´s why we only work with people who enjoy making games and motivate us all to achieve beyond what we can imagine.
A burning desire - to make an impact on the game, the company and your colleagues. We want people that care.
Team players - Creating games is a collaborative effort. We look for team players that want to be part of something great. Teaching and learning traits to increase

Bloomsix believes in education and sharing knowledge. We reach out to academic institutions and handpick the most talented students to work with us. While we do work with interns, please understand that all of the above requirements still apply. Sample Code and Demo Reel submissions

Amaze us with your demo reel & portfolio or sample code & demos. Hard copies of your submissions can be sent alongside a resume, cover letter and any letters of recommendation to the following address. Do not send us any originals of your work, submissions will not be returned.
